Jamming Session

had a "jamming" session on monday afternoon. more like a keyboard music appreciation session. since only one guitar and no drums. cons, bx, jw came and we took turns to play on my electone, guitar and keyboard. 2 songs: If we hold on together by Diana Ross and Dang Ni Gu Dan Ni Hui Xiang Qi Shui.

results: didn't turn out as i expected.. guess i put my expectations too high *smirk*. basically no scores..no conductor.. and i didn't have half an idea of what to play, everthing was so impromptu. well, isn't every jamming session like that.

ha! but i could see some prodigies in them... bx could play the keyboard real well, same with cons (which is quite a surprise, considering that she claimed she was a beginner). jw came with some nice electone pieces which sounded absolutely fantastic, but too bad neither of us could sight-read it in time.. haha.. old liao. and all three of them have great voices!

cons was a stunner when we first heard something coming out from the keyboard.. when we looked up, "hey, you can play something!" ha. still want me to teach her how to play the keyboard somemore when she knew how to play the whole song for If We Hold On Together. and she sang along the way too for that song! haha... yi ding shi you lian guo de. lol...

yeah.. maybe next time i could fashion some score out.. one bass, one percussion, one accompaniment and one melody. then we can really have a show! ha.

who said pharmers can't make music??! lol..
