3 Laws of Miracles

What's flawed in my logic?

First Law of Miracles:
If you want a miracle to happen, you must first believe in it.

Second Law of Miracles:
All miracles will happen, provided that the First Law is obeyed, and that enough time is allowed for the miracle to happen, holding other variables constant (meaning you don't do anything else)

Third Law of Miracles:
To shorten the time necessary for the miracle to happen, the person believing in the miracle must first do something such that the miracle will have a greater chance of happening. The time shortened increases with amount of 'something' done

Example 1:
To score CAP 5.0.
By first law - you must first believe that "i can score CAP 5" otherwise u'll never get it
By second law - it'll probably take me up to infinity time to achieve my miracle if all i do is blog around (not practical as it exceeds the lifespan of the subject)
By third law - if i study normally, it might hypothetically take me up to 10 years to achieve CAP 5.
if i study like mad, it might take me up to about 2 years.
if i study 24/7, it might take me up to about 6 months (which is still not in the range - 4.5 months)

Example 2:
To fly to the moon in 1800.

By first law - man must first believe that "mankind can fly to the moon"
By second law - it'll probably take me up to 2000 years (or until the next guy thinks of flying to the moon), but if no research is focused on space travel.
By third law - if there is research on space travel, it took about 169 years for man to fly to the moon.
